Miguel's business experience prior to joining the search industry includes participation in several deals in technology, consumer goods and healthcare markets with Cazenove. He also worked for AUCHAN, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts and COLT Telecom, as part of the senior management team.

Transitioning to executive search, Miguel joined a local firm, where he developed their business in a variety of sectors including IT, healthcare, and biotechnology.

Born in Spain, Miguel has a law degree from University Complutense at Madrid and a graduate degree in business administration (General Manager Program) from Harvard Business School.
